Diabetes knowledge in practice is an online educational platform including a set of accredited e-learning modules. These explore theoretical and practical aspects of diabetes, including current treatment strategies, unmet needs, and future perspectives. You can find out more and register for free at www.knowledgeinpractice.eu
The stand was a huge success, with over 700 people signing up to receive this free accredited education! Following EASD, we sent a welcome email to all of our new learners, which saw an outstanding response: an average open rate of 45.4% and click through rate of 11.8% – both well above industry averages for email communications (~22% open, 2.6% click through).1
While enticing delegates to register at the exhibition, we set our Medical Writer the task of hunting down the latest hot topics and educational needs to enrich future modules. Ever the multitasker, he also found the time to meet and film some of the platform’s Steering Committee members and some additional experts! These insightful interviews will be featured in the upcoming module on ultra-fast insulins.
EASD was hugely productive, unearthing some very promising opportunities and potential partners to help raise the awareness of the platform. This was the first of many planned conference appearances, so look out for both Diabetes Knowledge in Practice and the Liberum team at future diabetes conferences! Come and say hello if you spot us, or get in touch if you would like to find out more about the platform, or IME in general.
